Questions Part 1

There are many ways for you to place an order 1. Place an order on the website a. Choose the product you wish to purchase. b. Add the chosen product to your cart. c. Click on "Check Out" to proceed with the order. d. Enter your personal details and re-check your order. e. Once all your details are filled correctly, click on "Continue" to proceed to payment details. f. Choose your desired payment mode and click on "Continue To Payment". g. If you choose to pay online, fill your payment details and click on "Complete Order." 2. Call our customer care team to place an order.

Perfumwala Organic can accept any return only if the product is damaged, wrongly delivered, or is defective. In such cases, the product should be in an unused and undamaged condition. The product should be in its original packaging & with the product invoice as well. Other than that, we follow a no-return policy for all our products once they are delivered.

We use 100% secure payment gateway service through Cashfree where you have multiple safe payment options like Paytm, Debit or Credit cards, Paypal, Netbanking or Wallet money. We also offer Cash On Delivery with additonal charge of Rs. 50/- on every order.

The address is only changeable under certain scenarios. You can email your updated address at shop@perfumwala.shop. All orders are dispatched within 48 to 72 working hours. NOTE- The address can only be changed before dispatch.

Order ID is the unique order number that gets generated when you place an order on our website.

The amount to be refunded will be transfered to the same payment mode through which the payment had been made by the customer. It takes 5-7 business days to the refund to reflect in the customer's account as per the bank policy.

You can contact our customer support team at shop@perfumwala.shop or can log in to your Perfumwala Organic account and cancel the order. The order cannot be cancelled, once dispatched which happens within 48-72 hours of order placement.

Once placed, it takes 5-7 working days for order delivery. You can track your order through logging into you Bella Vita Organic account using your unique order/tracking ID.

Perfumwala Organic uses a plathora of natural ingredients and herbs into making it's products. Since the products are concern specific their ingredients differ depending on the concern they target and what works best in that area. However, certain ingredients like Aloe-vera, Turmaric, Sandalwood, Mint, Tulsi, Orchid extracts, Oils form different sources, etc are largely present in majority of our products.

Yes. You need to create your account before placing the order. You can click on the top-right login icon and share some basic information like name, email address and password to create an account.

Perfumwala always tries to update the product inventory before an item going out of stock and leaves minimum room for the product to go out of stock. If your desired product is out of stock

Yes, COD is available across India. However, Rs. 50/- is additionally levied on all cash on delivery orders apart your cart's amount. NOTE: Cash on delivery is not available on orders above Rs. 1500/-.

The products are dispatched within 48-72 hours of an order being placed and the order will be delivered within 5-7 working days.
